Due to the nature of our products and our global fulfilment process, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days  of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We will review the case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

*DO NOT mail items back to the address on your shipping label. This is an automated warehouse and your item will be lost. Contact us first for instructions.

*Items must be unused, unwased, and in an original condition with tags attached.

*Claims submitted after 5 days of delivery will NOT be accepted.

* Nubillea is not  responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
